Acai Bowl

The hot season is here, and fresh breakfasts are the best. This Açaí smoothie bowl is perfect: an ice cream-flavored breakfast that will amaze you.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of red fruits
- 100 gr of Açaí
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of BAiTZ COMPLETE VANILLA SHAKE protein (if you don't want to use protein, add more Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- Toppings of your choice (banana, strawberry, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, amaranth, peanut butter and cocoa nibs)
Instructions:
1. Freeze the Fruit: To achieve an ice cream-like texture, it is essential that the fruit is frozen and that you use little liquid. A good blender also helps a lot.2. Blend: In a powerful blender, combine the banana, red fruits, Açaí, Greek yogurt, COMPLETE VANILLA SHAKE protein from @baitzmx (or more yogurt if you prefer), and the milk of your choice. Blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
3. Serve: Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4. Decorate: Add the toppings of your choice. I take the opportunity to add seeds, which not only look pretty, but also provide more nutrients to my breakfast. Some delicious options include banana, strawberry, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, amaranth, peanut butter, and cocoa nibs.
