Granielote Enchilado

Delicious and spicy! We owe the perfect consistency to BAiTZ enchilada pineapples.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shelled corn (ideally white)
- 55 grams of BAiTZ enchilada pineapple
- 1 teaspoon tagine
- Toppings (mayonnaise, cheese, tagine, chili, etc.)
Preparation:
1. Place the corn and the enchilada pineapple in a pot over medium heat and sauté for about 7 minutes, until the corn is cooked through and the pineapple is slightly discarded. Add the tagine and stir well so that the corn is well seasoned and spicy.2. Serve the corn in a glass and add your favorite toppings. I like to put toppings on both the base and the top so that they are well distributed in each bite.
