I've seen recipes for nut and seed cookies everywhere, and I finally decided to make my own. They are super crunchy, healthy and rich in nutrients and healthy fats. In addition, they have a special touch of chocolate thanks to the BAiTZ almond clusters . You will love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup BAiTZ almond clusters , chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dehydrated coconut
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons condensed coconut milk

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the BAiTZ almond clusters, pine nuts, walnuts, dehydrated coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and sea salt. Mix all ingredients well.

3. Add the coconut condensed milk: Add the coconut condensed milk to the dry ingredient mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are well mixed together.

4. Shape the cookies: Place a large spoonful of the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Repeat the process until you have approximately 12 cookies, making sure to leave space between them.

5. Bake: Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, until golden and crisp. Let them cool on the tray for about 5-10 minutes to harden.

6. Add a touch of chocolate (optional): If you wish, you can add a touch of melted dark chocolate to the base of the cookies. To make it, simply melt dark chocolate, dip the bottom of each cookie into the chocolate, and place them in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

7. Enjoy: Once the chocolate is firm, your cookies are ready to enjoy. They are perfect for a healthy and delicious snack!
