On-the-Go Snack: Greek Yogurt with Chocolate and Granola

I love having ready-to-go snack options in the refrigerator. When I get hungry, I already have something prepared and it doesn't take up my time. This snack is perfect for those moments.

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Chocolate flavor protein (I'm using BAiTZ's Complete CACAO shake ; if you don't have it, you can use 2 tablespoons of cocoa)
  • A splash of milk (optional, if the mixture is very dry)
  • your favorite fruit
  • Granola or nuts
  • BAiTZ Chocolate Covered Granola (optional)


Preparation:

1. Prepare the yogurt base: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the BAiTZ chocolate flavor protein or, if you prefer, 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Mix very well until it is uniform. If you feel the mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk for a smoother consistency.

2. Assemble the layers: In a jar or container with a lid, assemble layers starting with the yogurt and chocolate mixture. Then, add a layer of your favorite fruit, followed by a layer of granola or nuts. Repeat the process until the jar is full.

3. Add the chocolate covered granola: For an extra touch of flavor, add some BAiTZ chocolate covered granola between the layers or on top.

4. Refrigerate: Store the jar in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy it. This snack stays fresh and delicious, ready to go when you need a quick, nutritious bite.
